Funders and partners in a roundtable discussion

Some problems are too large for one institution to solve alone.

When progress depends on funders, government, financial institutions, platforms and local organisations working together, Samhita can build the coalition and operating model that holds them together.

Bring us a problem that no single institution can solve

How a coalition gets built

What we do

Community members and partners meeting under a tree
  1. Test innovation and scale what works.

Your capital funds the hard early stage: pilots, demonstrations and the systems other partners can later use and fund. This gives the alliance its first real asset, proof that the idea works, before anyone else takes a risk on it.

  2. We design tools that make your money go further.

Things like guarantee funds and credit-readiness systems are built around your funding, so banks and lenders feel safe giving loans at a much bigger scale.

  3. Build a pipeline government and industry can plug into.

Once your pilot proves the idea, we build the awareness campaigns, paperwork and on-ground teams needed so government schemes and CSR budgets can start co-funding the same people your money first reached.

  4. We manage the structure so your vision stays intact.

You decide the goal, the funding and the risk you're willing to take. We set up the rules, roles and accountability so other partners can join in without changing what you set out to do.

  5. We track outcomes, not just outputs.

For example: a guarantee fund of about $26K unlocked about $520K in loans — 20 times the original amount. A pilot that unlocked $52–$210 in CSR funding per person is a 6x return. This is what we report back to you.

Holding the centre

Why Samhita

A collaborative succeeds when somebody can do all three: convene, execute and hold the centre. Samhita has experience doing this across funders, companies, government, NGOs, banks and technology partners.

What keeps the ladder standing

What makes our alliances work

Alliance partners together at a convening

We take an alliance from anchor-funder engagement through to scaling and sustainability planning, so funders get one accountable partner across design, delivery and evaluation, instead of separate agencies for each.
