Pioneering a Change in Perspective

Supporting the shift from free to fee-based skilling programs
Free training programs faced high dropout rates. Fee-based programs provide participants stickiness, but participants are often unable to afford the fees. We will financially support participants through blended finance instruments like returnable grants and low-cost debt.

Creating a pipeline of employment opportunities
We will bring in an ecosystem of partners including international organisations, corporates, employers, government organisations, and training providers to create a pipeline of opportunities for participants post their skilling programs.
