Role Overview

Sr. Placement Manager will facilitate professional development and employment support to candidates with a demonstrated understanding of employer/industry needs. He/She will work closely with stakeholders to administer and provide assistance to all placement processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Administer and provide assistance to all placement processes and prepare placement reports and facilitate in community participation
  • Prepare required strategies to achieve placement deliverables
  • Identify and visit companies/ organizations for potential placement opportunities
  • Liaison with existing and potential employers and facilitate implementation of placement strategy
  • Review all procedures with respect to ensuring placement for candidates
  • Manage student documents and database of placement information
  • Conduct orientation programs for students to align them with employer requirements
  • Facilitate and support with interviews, as and where required
  • Preparing reports for regular reviews

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  1. 8+ years of experience in recruitment, job placements specifically for skilling programs
  2. Understanding of job portals and good knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
  3. Excellent communication skills to network and liaise with employers, existing network of employers is an added advantage
  4. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills  
  5. Ability to structure projects/engagements for the team
  6. Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes.
  7. Ability to contribute beyond the defined scope of work
  8. Demonstrated experience of contributing in firm and knowledge building
