Role Overview

This is a management level position which reports to the CEO of the company. The role is to help the growth of the company by developing, and supervising the execution of, a marketing strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be involved with the management team on the development of philanthropic solutions for our clients.
  • These solutions often take the form of alliances, in which case a brand strategy has to be developed for the alliances.
  • Each brand has to be promoted through an advocacy campaign focused on its cause area.
  • Ensure execution of the company’s marketing strategy with quick turnaround times by coordinating between internal team members, vendors and other stakeholders. 
  • Provide communications support to donors and partners and build co-branded campaigns to drive interest and engagement. 
  • Create, analyze and optimize marketing processes; experience in market research, surveys and data analysis would be an advantage. 
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of marketing automation tools, CRM, email marketing tools, analytics etc. 
  • Develop and maintain a rigorous reporting approach to measure marketing attribution and ensure adherence to branding guidelines/strategy. 
  • Take complete ownership of execution for events organized by the company. 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • An MBA with 12 to 15 years of experience in a business environment with both online and offline marketing, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a similar role in the social sector.
  • Deep familiarity with all aspects of digital marketing – SEO, SEM, social media, digital media  
  • Experience in managing teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategy.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills. Should be able to work in cross-functional teams.
