Mr. S.Palanivel, Chairman
serves as the Chairman of the ROSI Foundation. Originally from the farming community from remote hamlet in Tamil Nadu, Mr. Palanivel’s birth was by dalit and with many oppressions and social evils such as human rights violence that faced him from his childhood. He has is Bachelors in Engineering.

Mrs.A.Shenbagam, Vice Chairman
is the Vice Chairman of ROSI Foundation with ten years experience in social work. Belonging to the dalit, Mrs. Shenbagam has her B.A. and strong affection in working on issues pertaining to castes and human rights violence.

Mrs.C.Selvi, Financial Director
is the Financial Director of the organization. Coming from the oppressed cast, the slavery and oppression facing dalit women led her to working in the field of social work. Mrs. Selvi completed her SSLC despite the struggle of crisis and compulsion of traditional occupation.

Mrs.K.Santhananlakshmi, Executive committee member
is an executive committee member and advisor to the organization. With 19 years of experience, she is a retired headmistress from the Government High School. After retiring, she has focused her time as a social worker, concentrating on women and human rights issues.

is a trustee and belongs to the dalit caste. She specializes in working for women and children through health counseling. She is a nurse and has been faced since birth with various problems due to her caste and feudalism.

is the central coordinator with ROSI. Having been working with the organization for five years, she is from the grass roots level and is a social activist. She serves as an administrator and field worker.
