Samhita is a ‘hybrid entity’ consisting of Nadathur Trust and Samhita Social Ventures. The Samhita.org portal is owned by Nadathur Trust and managed by Samhita Social Ventures (for no financial consideration from Nadathur Trust).

Samhita Social Ventures incurs significant administrative and transactional costs which are currently being borne with the support of the Nadathur Group. Registration fees charged on this site will go towards meeting these expenses. We hope to generate enough revenue to sustain our organization without relying on financial aid from third parties. Do note that no component of the fees paid to Samhita Social Ventures (or of any donations made to Nadathur Trust) is extracted as ‘profit’. Profit, if any, will be recycled into Samhita and used in the furtherance of our social sector activities.

Below is information on both the entities. Financial disclosures will be posted on this page as and when yearly accounts are audited.
